Sense of place
Windsor is a New Urbanism development that embodies the ideals of renowned town planners and architects Andrés Duany and Elizabeth Plater-Zyberk. Every detail is designed for life — for each member, their family, and their community. The seaside Village of Windsor features architecture and landscape design that celebrates local history, climate, ecology, and traditional building practices.
Windsor’s community consists of the Village and the South Village, each with memorable streets and squares, complemented by estates on the perimeter of the golf course and along the Atlantic Ocean.
The villages are low in density yet urban in character, with well-defined community spaces (streets, squares, and greens) and unique private spaces (house interiors and gardens).
The Town Centre is located at the heart of the Village. It houses the Village Store, the Fitness Centre over looking the Equestrian area, the post office, the Concierge office, the Village Suites, and the Exedra which is the termination vista for Windsor Boulevard and Fife Avenue, two prominent streets of the community.
