Located within the Concierge Suite, a boardroom is well suited for Members’ private meetings or small gatherings. French doors open to a tranquil butterfly garden. Concierge staff can assist Members with meeting support, notary services, invitation mailing and RSVP tracking and audio and visual needs.

The Windsor Suites provide beautifully appointed accommodations for Members’ guests in the heart of Windsor just steps from the Village Store. Seven unique suites, most offering two bedrooms, living and dining areas, showcase a variety of inspiring views, including over the community’s polo field and its grand allée of live oak trees.
Inspiring Design
Reimagined by renowned designer Alessandra Branca, the Windsor Suites interiors were showcased in an extensive feature article in Veranda magazine. Each suite is uniquely furnished and complemented by a collection of artwork selected from contemporary and emerging artists. Inspiring outdoor spaces include deep porches, patios and verandas.
