The luncheon’s menu, specially-crafted by Windsor’s Executive Chef Robert Meitzer, will feature passed canapés, a beef tenderloin and crab entrée, and a delectable chocolate and raspberry dessert.
“It is an honor to partner with such a quality food purveyor as Sysco and we greatly appreciate their generous offer to underwrite the ingredients used in preparing the event’s luncheon,” said Windsor’s Executive Chef, Robert Meitzer.
The luncheon is sold-out with more than 800 guests attending this year, almost double the number since the inaugural biennial charity polo cup took place in 2012.
