Beyond the fireplace in the living room are two spacious guest suites, each opening directly to the outdoors. The bathroom of the guest suite is convenient to the pool, loggia, and living room. On the second floor, both the stairway and the elevator open into a wide, bright vestibule. Two bedrooms, each with a bathroom and ample closets, open onto this landing. The laundry room is also on the second floor and features generous storage.

A library and a large sitting porch separate the well-appointed primary suite from the other rooms. Two walk-in closets and a private bathroom are set on either side of a broad hall that leads into the bedroom. An additional bathroom and dressing area includes elegant custom cabinetry, a large shower, a Roman tub, and a private balcony.

Anchoring the motor court is a two-story guest house. A private entry leads to an open plan sitting room, and kitchen and dining space with access to the courtyard through large French doors. The second level has two suited bedrooms, one with a covered balcony and a stack washer and dryer.
