With over three decades of progressive leadership experience in some of the most prestigious Clubs in the United States, O’Boyle will lead all aspects of Windsor’s operations, with a focus on enhancing the Member experience while preserving the Club’s distinctive character and high standards.
A graduate of Widener University’s Hospitality Management program, O’Boyle most recently served as the General Manager and CEO of the Chevy Chase Club in Chevy Chase, MD. Previously, he held positions with Shinnecock Hills Golf Club in Southampton, NY; Greenville Country Club in Greenville, SC; Houston Country Club in Houston, TX; and Vicmead Hunt Club in Wilmington, DE. O’Boyle is a longtime member and past board member of the Club Management Association of America, and recently completed a term as a board member for the National Club Association, serving as its chair in 2024.
O’Boyle joined Windsor on July 1 and brings a forward-thinking perspective rooted in tradition, hospitality, and continuous improvement. With extensive Club leadership experience, O’Boyle plans to build on Windsor’s strong foundation by enhancing the Member experience through thoughtful innovation, strategic planning, and operational excellence. He will be focused on maintaining the Club’s reputation for personalized service, while exploring opportunities to enhance management practices to reflect the evolving needs of existing and future Members. O’Boyle will report directly to the Windsor Board.
