Designed by Andrés Duany, the renowned urban planner and architect behind Windsor’s new urbanist master plan, this home was conceived to amplify enjoyment of the most coveted aspects of tropical living. It is set on a prominent central village corner with open green spaces on two sides and is laid out with a procession of high-ceilinged rooms that open to an expansive central courtyard, allowing it to catch soft breezes and capture the shifting sequence of natural light throughout the day.
